Born in the United States to Egyptian parents. Yaser's been DJing for about 8 years. He was coined the nickname "BALA" in high school and the name's been stuck with him ever since.
An avid music lover and collector who realized his calling to the fine art of mixing records in 2001 after his exposure to legendary shows by the world's best; such as Sasha & Digweed, Nick Warren, Steve Lawler, Lee Burridge, Hernan Cattaneo, James Zabiela, and Sander Kleinenberg.
He developed an obsession with aquiring dance music that is intelligent, driving, deep, dark, and groovy.
It wasn't untill 2003 during a summer that he spent in Dubai that he and one of his best friends started organizing after hours parties every weekend until they caught the attention of the city's underground scene.
That summer was a life changer, and his desire to succeed was only amplified as a result. Learning the craft on vinyl gave him a keen understanding of the technical importance of a DJ set.
Now based in San Diego, California, He's had the opportunity to showcase his talent in some of the city's best clubs.
His efforts to entertain will not stop any time soon. The future only looks bright for this up and coming DJ.
